Dive Equipment Repairs

Not Every Fault Means You Need New Equipment

A leaking hose, damaged mouthpiece, faulty inflator or worn component doesn’t necessarily mean the whole piece of equipment needs replacing.

Wiltshire Scuba can inspect suitable diving equipment and advise whether repair, servicing or replacement makes the most sense.

Equipment We Can Assess

Depending on the equipment and parts availability, we may be able to assist with issues involving regulators, BCDs, wings, inflator systems, hoses, gauges, cylinder valves and selected diving accessories. Contact us if you’re unsure.

Honest Repair Advice

Sometimes repair is straightforward. Sometimes equipment needs a full service. Sometimes replacement is the more sensible option. We’ll explain what we’ve found and help you make an informed decision rather than automatically recommending the most expensive solution.

Parts Availability

Older or discontinued equipment can be difficult to repair when manufacturer parts are no longer available. If we cannot source an appropriate component or cannot safely complete a repair, we’ll tell you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you repair equipment bought elsewhere?

Yes. Suitable equipment can be inspected regardless of where it was purchased.

Will you give me a quote first?

Where additional work or significant replacement parts are required, we’ll discuss costs before proceeding.

Do you repair all brands?

We work with many common diving brands, but parts availability and manufacturer requirements vary. Send us the make/model if you’re unsure.

Is it worth repairing old equipment?

Sometimes. We’ll consider condition, parts availability, expected repair cost and the value of the equipment before advising you.

Need Us To Take a Look?

Bring your equipment to the Wiltshire Scuba Service Centre and tell us what it’s doing—or what it isn’t doing. We’ll take it from there.
