Air Fills Up To 300 Bar
We can provide breathing-air fills for suitable cylinders rated for the requested pressure. Your cylinder must be suitable for the intended fill, within the appropriate test period, in acceptable condition and fitted with suitable components. If we’re not satisfied that a cylinder is safe or appropriate to fill, we’ll explain why.

Nitrox Fills
Nitrox blends are priced by oxygen percentage and cylinder size. Your cylinder and valve must be correctly oxygen-clean and labelled for the percentage requested — we’re not able to provide a Nitrox-rich fill into a cylinder that hasn’t been prepared for oxygen service.

Cylinders and valves must be correctly cleaned and labelled for oxygen service before any fill above 21% oxygen; we cannot fill an unprepared cylinder with a Nitrox-rich mix.
Cylinder Testing Available
If your cylinder is out of test, you don’t necessarily need to take it elsewhere. Wiltshire Scuba operates an IDEST D7 cylinder-testing centre. We can advise what inspection/testing is required and arrange it through our Service Centre.
Club Air Fills
If you’re organising fills for a dive club or training activity, contact us in advance. For multiple cylinders we can discuss timing, collection, testing requirements and club arrangements.

Can you fill to 300 bar?
Yes, for suitable cylinders rated and in test for the requested pressure.
Can you fill an out-of-test cylinder?
No. The cylinder must meet the relevant testing requirements before it can be filled. Our Service Centre can help if testing is required.
Do you test cylinders as well?
Yes. Wiltshire Scuba operates an IDEST D7 testing centre.
Can clubs bring multiple cylinders?
Yes. Contact us beforehand if you’re bringing a larger batch so we can plan accordingly.
