Teach The Full Range
From Discover Scuba Diving to Advanced Open Water
Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) is where the PADI Pro pathway really changes gear — full teaching certification, earned by completing the Instructor Development Course (IDC) and passing PADI’s Instructor Examination (IE).
As a PADI 5 Star IDC, we’re now able to run the full Instructor Development Course here in Swindon, led by our own PADI Course Director, Mark Taylor. The IDC covers PADI’s teaching standards, presentation skills, and the practical and academic knowledge you need to run courses to PADI’s standard, in the classroom, the pool and open water.
Once you’ve completed your IDC and passed your IE, you’ll be a certified PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor — able to teach the full range of PADI courses from Discover Scuba Diving through to Advanced Open Water and beyond.
