PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy
The Skill That Improves Every Dive.
Ask experienced instructors what separates an average diver from a truly confident one, and one answer comes up time and again: excellent buoyancy control.
The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course focuses on one of the most important diving skills you’ll ever learn. Whether you’re newly qualified or have hundreds of dives, improving your buoyancy will make every dive more enjoyable.
Why Improve Your Buoyancy?
Good buoyancy affects almost everything you do underwater. It helps you swim more efficiently, protect delicate marine life, maintain better trim, reduce unnecessary effort, improve underwater photography and feel calmer and more relaxed throughout the dive.
Many divers also find that improved buoyancy helps them become more efficient with their breathing, although every diver’s air consumption is different and depends on many factors.
